Owners of TOPHILL watches may have questions about the watch itself, its use and maintenance. Brands take every question seriously, so we invite you to read the frequently asked questions below.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • When do you ship the orders?

    We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders over $200 worldwide.

    Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, pending any credit card verification. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

  • How do I return?

    Our return window is within 14 days of delivery date. Please e-mail us for return information.

  • Do I need to pay taxes or customs?

    Prices do NOT include your country’s import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for additional duties prior to delivery.

    These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please note: if you refuse this package upon arrival, a $50.00 USD fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges will also be deducted. A refund will be issued after the product has been returned to our warehouse, which can take up to 4–6 weeks.

Warranty & Maintenance

  • How long is the product warranty?

    TOPHILL provides three-year warranty for all products.

  • What should I do if my watch is not functioning properly?

    TOPHILL warranty covers any manufacturer defects of the watch movement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear. For repairs that fall outside this warranty, additional costs may be incurred. To send your watch in for repair, please contact us via e-mail.
